Bizenjo in Karachi

Quetta, Nov17: National Party’s secretary-general Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo, who was reported missing after his arrest on Thursday, was taken to Karachi in police custody, party sources said.

After reaching Karachi, Mr Bizenjo contacted party’s leaders and informed it about his journey from Ormara to Karachi, which because of police tactic, he said, had taken ‘several hours’.

He said that police officials had informed him that they had been asked by the authorities concerned to take as much time as possible to reach Karachi so that he could not reach Gwadar during Musharraf's stay there.
