BAHAWALPUR, Nov.15: Local airport manager Tahir Ahsan was killed in mysterious circumstances at Qadirpur Raan near Multan on Tuesday. Ahsan had reportedly gone to Qadirpur Raan to meet his beloved whom the police had detained along with her husband and father for questioning. The three in custody said Ahsan had shot himself after the woman refused to see him. Police said the husband of the woman had been a subordinate of Ahsan. “Seeing the advances of his boss towards his spouse, he left the job and moved to hive his native area,” it said. — Correspondent
