RIYADH, Nov 1: Pan-Arab satellite TV channel Al Jazeera will launch its English language news and current affairs channel on Nov 15. The Al Jazeera Network said the channel would begin broadcasting from its Doha headquarters at 1200 GMT on that day.

The Al Jazeera English language website would also be re-launched at the same time.

The launching date of the English channel was announced after several delays. The launch coincides with the 10-year anniversary of Al Jazeera, the network’s Arabic-language channel.
