SHIKARPUR, Oct 30: Responding to the complaint of PPP candidate Agha Taimoor Khan for by-election of the Sindh Assembly seat PS-11 Shikarpur-III the chief election commissioner has ordered withdrawal of transfers and postings made in Shikarpur district since the announcement of the by-election schedule.

The Chief Election Commissioner has further directed the chief secretary of Sindh that no further postings/transfers will be made in the constituency till the by-election is held. The PPP candidate had requested the Chief Election Commissioner to cancel all transfers and postings made by the Sindh government in Shikarpur.
