MOHALI, Oct 29: India will stage the second Afro-Asia Cup one-day series next June, the Asian Cricket Council announced on Sunday.

The combined Asian and African teams will play three one-day games in Chennai on June 6, 8 and 10. Two Twenty20 games will be played on June 5, one of them between the women's teams of the two continents.

The inaugural edition was in South Africa in August 2005, ending 1-1 after one game was washed out.

Seventy percent of the net proceeds will go towards developing the game in the host continent, the visiting continent will receive 20 percent with the rest going to charity.—Reuters
