Three of a family die on road

KASUR, Oct 27: At least three people died in a head-on collision between a speedy van and a motorcycle on Changa Manga-Chunnian road on Friday. Reports said Arif was traveling by his motorcycle (LSZ-4295) along with his son Shaukat (15) and daughter Naseem (10) at Chunnian road when it collided with a van (LOU-1926) near Bhoai Aasal village. As a result, all three died on the spot.

Police are investigating.

Meanwhile, six-year-old Shoaib succumbed to his injuries after he was hit by a motorcycle (LWP-8437) on Tuesday evening at Habibabad.

According to Shoaib’s father Hanif, his son was playing in the street when the accident occurred. He was rushed to the Jinnah Hospital, Lahore, where he succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday. Police have registered a case.
