KARACHI, Oct 23: The Karachi Water and Sewerage Board has set up zone-wise complaint centres to facilitate lodging of complaints by people from 8am to 8pm during Eid holidays.

Following are the complaint centres and other details:

Zone-1: Landhi, Korangi, Malir, Bin Qasim and Shah Faisal towns, 9230317, 9231220, Chief Engineer Imran Asif -- 0320-4222444.

Zone-2: Gulshan, Jamshed, Lyari, Liaquatabad Saddar and Keamari towns, 9231227 & 9231218, Chief Engineer Najme Alam Siddiqui -- 0345-2900391.

Zone-III: Orangi, Baldia, Site, Gadap, North Karachi, North Nazimabad and Gulberg towns, 9230318, Chief Engineer Qutub Sheikh – 0300-2001344.

KWSB Managing Director Brig Iftikhar Haider has directed the officials deputed at the complaints centres to be polite with consumers while registering their complaints and waste no time in redressing their grievances.

The consumers have been requested to lodge their complaints pertaining water and sewerage at the complaint centre of the concerned zone and in case of delay, contact the chief engineer for help.—APP
