LAHORE, Oct 21: Four people, including two women, were injured in two roof-wall collapse incidents in the city on Saturday. Two labourers suffered injuries when a wall of an under-construction house collapsed in Iqbal Town. Arshad and Boota were constructing the wall of 366-Nizam Block when it caved in and injured the labourers.

The locals rescued the injured from debris and shifted them to hospital.

Mrs Ejaz and Mrs Fayyaz were injured in a roof collapse in Sanatnagar. They were present at the residence on the Out Fall Road when the roof of their dilapidated house caved in.

The injured were taken to the hospital where their condition was stated to be critical.

A day earlier, four members of a family were killed in a house collapse in Misri Shah while three passers-by were injured when the shade of a four-storey building fell on them in New Anarkali on Friday.
