NAWABSHAH, Oct 18: The principal of People’s Medical College for Girls, Prof Ali Akbar Ghumro, suspended three paramedical employees on Wednesday.

The administration took the decision at the academic council meeting held on Tuesday to suspend Feroze Gorchani, president of paramedical union, Imdad Ali and Zulfiqar Bhatti.

Mr Ghumro said that some paramedical staff were destroying the college’s peace for their vested interests but the administration would not allow them to do so.

The members of paramedical union staged a rally against their colleagues’ suspension which ended in a sit-in in front of the office of medical superintendent.
