Gujranwala, Mangla register Victories

RAWALPINDI, Oct 10: Gujranwala and Mangla registered victories on the second day of the COAS Cup polo tournament at the Rawalpindi Polo Club on Tuesday.

Gujranwala thrashed Bahawalpur 13-3 while Mangla had the better of Peshawar by four goals to two-and-half goals. On Wednesday afternoon, Rawalpindi Blues will play PAF and Rawalpindi Reds will take on Karachi.

Zulfiqar scored six goals while Khurshid scored four and Yaqoob three for Gujranwala.

For Mangla, Umer Minhas scored three goals and Abdur Rehman struck one.—APP
