First win for Customs CC

KARACHI, Oct 9: Paceman Rizwan Akhtar grabbed four for 19 to bowl Pakistan Customs to their first win in the 21st Karachi Gymkhana-AKD Twenty20 Ramazan cricket tournament when they beat Omar CC by six wickets at the KG Ground on Monday.

Off-spinner Majid Majeed also bowled well to take three for 17 as Omar CC were bundled out for 85 in 19.3 overs in the Group ‘B’ match.

Customs CC, in reply, achieved the target in the 17th over with Aamir Bashir hitting three boundaries in an unbeaten 34.
