Tanvir bowls KESC to easy win

KARACHI, Sept 30: Paceman Tanvir Ali captured five for 22 to bowl KESC to an emphatic 122-run victory over Mohammad Hussain CC (MHCC) in the Southend Twenty20 Cup Ramazan cricket tournament at the Southend Club Ground on Friday.

Sharjeel Ashraf slammed unbeaten 56 with six boundaries and Rameez Raja hit 33 as KESC made 161 for four in their 20 overs.

MHCC, in reply, crashed to 39 all out in 11.4 overs with Pakistan Test pacer Mohammad Sami top-scoring with 11.
