4 held over Mumbai bombings

MUMBAI, Sept 29: Four more people have been arrested in connection with the July 11 Mumbai train bombings that killed 186 people, police said on Friday. Three were arrested in Mumbai while another was picked up in the eastern city of Kolkata.

The new arrests took the total number of people in custody for their alleged role in the blasts to more than 15.

They include an engineer, a journalist, a computer software professional and a doctor.—Reuters
