Four women pickpockets held in airport

RAWALPINDI, Sept 25: The Airport Security Force (ASF) caught four female pickpockets red-handed from the Islamabad airport and handed them over to the Airport police on Sunday, security sources said.

Parveen, Shabnam, Saira and Tasleem Akhtar were spotted picking pockets by the ASF staff outside the international departure lounge and taken into custody.

During search, cash and two cellphones, whose sims were missing, were recovered from their possession. Later, the women were handed over to the police.

TWO KILLED: Two persons were killed in separate road accidents in Islamabad and Kahuta.

Asif Khan told the police that his grandfather, Ahmed Sharif, was crossing the road in Shahzad Town area on Sunday when a truck (RLF-4136) hit and injured him. The injured was taken to hospital where he died.

In the second incident, a pedestrian identified as Rashid was killed when an unidentified vehicle hit him at Kahuta on Monday.
