LAHORE, Sept 25: An American provider of B2B IT products, services and solutions has entered into an agreement to acquire stock of two Pakistani companies offering business process outsourcing (BPO) services in the international and local markets.

En Pointe Technologies Inc said in an announcement on Monday that it was acquiring stock of Ovex Technologies (Pvt) Ltd and Ovex Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, together employing over 700 trained staff members.

The announcement did not say the price at which the stocks of the two companies have been acquired.
