KARACHI: 69 deprived of vehicles, phones

KARACHI, Sept 22: As many as 69 people were deprived of their cars, motorbikes or cellphones in various localities of the city here on Friday.

Police sources said that 24 vehicles – 13 cars and 11 motorbikes – were either snatched or stolen besides 45 cellphones were taken away by bandits in different areas.

They said that one car was snatched at gunpoint and 12 others stolen while two motorbikes were snatched and nine others stolen.
