The father of the victim, a South African national working with a defence organisation, told the police that his 16-year-old daughter, an O-level student, had gone to a party with her friend in sector F-6/3 on the night of August 12.

He alleged that the accused identified as Saqib Ejaz Malik, 18, also a student, took her to a guest house in F-8/3 and raped her.
