LAHORE, Sept 3: A total of 13 teams will compete in the PCB National Inter-region Under-19 one-day and three-day cricket tournaments which begins across the country from Tuesday.

The one-day competition will start from Tuesday while the three-day matches start from Thursday.

Both versions of matches will be played by same teams at the same venue.

The tournament concludes with a final from Nov 1 to 4. The one-day final will be played on Oct 30.

The teams have been divided into the following pools:

Pool ‘A’: Karachi Urban, Hyderabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Lahore Shalimar, Quetta and Rawalpindi.

Pool ‘B’: Lahore Ravi, Karachi Harbour, Peshawar, Islamabad, Sialkot and Abbottabad.

First round fixtures:

One-day:

Sept 5: Karachi Urban v Hyderabad (PCB Academy, Karachi); Faisalabad v Multan (Bohranwali Ground, Faisalabad); Lahore Shalimar v Quetta (Country Club, Muridke); Lahore Ravi v Karachi Harbour (LCCA Ground, Lahore); Peshawar v Islamabad (Diamond Club, Islamabad); Abbottabad v Sialkot (Abbottabad Stadium).
