OKARA, Sept 1: Unidentified people shot a student leader dead on Friday noon in Chak 12/1.L Karkani. Renala Khurd Muslim Students Federation (MSF) president Ijaz Anjum Jatt was going to bazaar when he was attacked. He was taken to the DHQ hospital where he succumbed to his wounds.
Police shifted his body to Renala Khurd hospital for autopsy and registered a case.

Khalida Perveen sustained burn injuries when her husband Yasin threw acid on her for refusing to transfer her house in his name.
