KARACHI: Pedestrian bridge inaugurated

KARACHI, Sept 1: Defence Housing Authority administrator Brig Maqsood Hussain on Thursday inaugurated a pedestrian bridge on Korangi Road here.

Speaking on the occasion, Brig Maqsood Hussain said the bridge was a precious gift for area residents.

He said that NESPAK consultants had uniquely designed the bridge with engineering skills and excellence.

Brig Maqsood said four such bridges have already been constructed on Korangi Road and many more would be constructed in other parts of DHA to provide facilities to the residents.

A large number of people including residents, corporate executives and prominent citizens attended the inaugural ceremony.—PPI
