ISLAMABAD, Aug 20: In the new scenario of stiff competition in the telecom sector, PTCL employees will have to prepare themselves to meet the challenges and show more dedication, hard work and best of professional skills.

This was stated by executive vice-president (operations) Azad Bakht while speaking at a ceremony held to distribute bicycles and tool kits among the line staff of the Rawalpindi telecom region.

He called upon the officers and staff of the company to focus on excellent customer care and quality telecom services to make PTCL a market leader.

He said in order to cope with the future challenges of competitive environment in the post-deregulation scenario, customer-friendly policies and provision of quality telecom services was imperative to attract more customers.
