TOBA TEK SINGH: A young man murdered his mother-in-law, sister-in-law and wife of his brother-in-law at village Thatha Ali in the Farooqabad police area of district Sheikhupura on Saturday.

Reports said Ansar Ali Bhatti quarreled with his wife who left his house and started living with her parents. Before she was leaving, Ansar snatched their infant girl from her. His wife filed for dissolution of marriage suit. The court sent a bailiff and recovered her baby from the suspect and handed her over to her mother.

On Saturday, Ansar reached his in-laws house and demanded the handover of his daughter but his wife and daughter were in some other house. He attempted to take away the minor daughter of his brother-in-law Hassan Ali. When they resisted, he opened indiscriminate fire, killing his mother-in-law Najma Bibi, sister-in-law Shumaila and brother-in-law’s wife Nazia. The suspect managed to flee after the incident.
