The Saudi-led coalition says it has destroyed three drones north of the Saudi capital Riyadh, as hostilities with Yemen’s Houthi rebels persist, Reuters reports.
If the authorities felt terrorism was increasing in some tribal districts and adjoining areas, they could have limited themselves to imposing a targeted emergency under Article 232.
