The EU presidency says it will convene a meeting today of the Committee of Permanent Representatives to the EU to discuss the global energy situation, according to Al Jazeera.
“The diesel market is currently very tight, leading to high prices for consumers across the world,” a spokesperson says. “The Presidency is committed to maintaining close collaboration and coordination with all member states and the Commission.”
