FM Araghchi, Japanese counterpart discuss status of US-Iran talks

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has discussed the status of his country’s peace talks with the US in a telephone call with his Japanese counterpart, Toshimitsu Motegi, state news agency IRNA reports.

During the call, Araghchi has outlined the latest status of diplomatic initiatives and the process with Washington, explaining Tehran’s views on the matter.

According to IRNA, Motegi outlined Japan’s views and positions on regional and international developments and matters of mutual interest.
