KARACHI, July 25: As many as 88 people were deprived of their cars, motorbikes or cellphones in various localities of the city on Tuesday. Police sources said that 26 people were deprived of their cellphones, cash and other belongings at gunpoint whereas 32 others reported that their cellphones were stolen.

According to the sources, 26 vehicles — 10 cars and 16 motorbikes — were either snatched or stolen in the city.

Three cars and six motorbikes were taken away at gunpoint whereas seven cars and 10 motorcycles were stolen.
