ISLAMABAD: PTI leaders were once again not allowed to meet their chief Imran Khan at Adiala jail on Thursday, prompting the party to call out the “blatant violation” of constitutional and legal rights by the prison administration for barring meetings with the former prime minister.

The PTI had submitted the names of six leaders for Thursday’s meeting with Mr Khan.

Advocate Awais Younas Chaudhry told Dawn that all leaders reached the prison on Thursday and informed the jail administration. “They waited there till the culmination of the meeting time but were not allowed to meet Imran, after which they returned,” he said.
