ISLAMABAD: National Telecommunications Corporation (NTC) and Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership to enhance information and communication technologies (ICT) and telecommunications services for PCAA.
The agreement marks a significant step towards strengthening digital connectivity, improving operational efficiency and supporting the modernisation of Pakistan’s aviation sector through advanced and secure technology solutions.
The partnership is designed to accelerate PCAA’s digital transformation by leveraging NTC’s extensive experience and expertise in delivering secure, reliable and state-of-the-art ICT services to public-sector organisations.
Through this collaboration, NTC will support PCAA in developing a modern and resilient digital infrastructure capable of meeting the evolving technological and operational requirements of the aviation industry.
Under the terms of the MoU, NTC will provide a comprehensive portfolio of ICT services, including data centre and cloud computing solutions, disaster recovery services, cyber-secure internet connectivity and managed ICT infrastructure.
The collaboration also envisages the provision of secure network solutions, technical support, and other digital services that will enable PCAA to enhance the reliability, security, and performance of its critical communication and information systems.
