LARKANA: Police on Friday claimed surrender of 18 suspects, wanted in cases of violence involving a longstanding dispute between the Morio and Agani clans.
Four of them were also wanted in a case pertaining to the killing of a policeman, Mohammad Ramzan Jarwar, according to the Larkana SSP office.
All of those who surrendered belong to the Agani clan. They would be produced in a court of law soon, it was stated.
The dispute between the two clans had been keeping hundreds of acres of fertile land uncultivated and many thriving villages deserted, the police said.
