Full points for Dera, Mauripur

LAHORE, July 13: Mauripur Baloch beat formidable Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) 1-0 at Aga Khan Gymkhana, Karachi in Group-A of PFF Cup on Thursday courtesy Farooq’s 29th minute spot-kick.

Rawalpindi's KRL Stadium saw dull, drab affair between Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and Pakistan Ordnance Factory (POF) in Group-C which ended in a tame 0-0 draw.

Faisalabad's Panther FC, suffered their second straight defeat, losing 0-2 to Dera Ismail Khan's Dera XI at Jinnah Stadium, Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad in Group-D.

Dera managed four points from two outings and are well-poised to reach final phase.

Dera’s striker Naveed landed the opener in the 29th minute and Jamshed doubled the margin in the final minute of first half.
