ABBOTTABAD, July 13: The Abbottabad Tehsil Council approved its budget of Rs89.60 million here on Wednesday.

The session was presided over by Naib Nazim Zulfiqar Abbasi.

Presenting the budget, Tehsil Nazim Saifullah Khan Jadoon said development funds had been increased and allocation for non-development expenditures decreased.

He said special funds were being provided by Federal Minister Amanullah Khan Jadoon and Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani, parliamentary leader of the PML-Q, for the city.

He said a number of projects had been completed with financial help of the federal government.
