Three dead as boat capsizes in Kalam lake

SWAT: A boat carrying tourists capsized in Saifullah Lake in Kalam, Upper Swat, leaving three people dead and seven others injured.

According to Rescue 1122, initial reports stated that several people had gone missing following the accident, and there were fears of casualties.

As rescue operations progressed, it was confirmed that three people had lost their lives while seven others sustained injuries.

Preliminary information indicated that the tourists aboard the boat belonged to Punjab.

Rescue 1122 teams reached the remote accident site, provided first aid to the injured, and shifted them and the bodies to Kalam Hospital for further treatment and necessary procedures.
