South Korean FM voices support for diplomatic efforts in Middle East, welcomes Iran-US MoU

South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun has welcomed the Iran-US MoU in a phone conversation with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi, IRNA reports.

Cho has emphasised his country’s support for diplomatic efforts aimed at maintaining peace and stability in the region, as well as ensuring safe shipping.

For his part, Araghchi has briefed his South Korean counterpart on the latest developments in the negotiation process, highlighting the progress made in implementing the agreed-upon measures and the consultations that have taken place within this framework.
