QUETTA: The Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) staged a protest demonstration in front of the Quetta Press Club on Eid, demanding an end to enforced disappearances and the immediate recovery of missing persons.

The protest, which was led by VBMP Chairman Nasrullah Baloch, was also attended by families of several missing persons. The protesters chanted slogans calling for an immediate halt to extraconstitutional and extrajudicial measures and demanded that all victims of enforced disappearances be produced before courts. Nasrullah Baloch said the use of force was worsening the situation instead of resolving it.
