KARACHI, July 4: Ten ships carrying steel coils, general cargo and crude oil are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Wednesday, according to KPT sources. Berthing activity on the wharves was light owing to technical grounds and as a result only one ship, Nicolas-3 to offload rock phosphate was berthed after the departure of five.

The ships, which departed included Yang Jiang He, Wan Hai-303, Ilse Wulff, Atlantic Forest and Xiang Rui Men, while Diamond Progress and Shalamar are due to sail out on Wednesday.

Cargo handling activity at the wharves was active where a total tonnage of 85,370 tons comprising 3,791 tons of export cargo including 1,234 tons of cement and 81,579 tons of import cargo.

The following ships are due on Wednesday: Joha,with crude oil,Thor Energy, with steel coils, Corin Thaikos Sinar Bontang, China Star, Satha Bhum, Hyundai Advance, Oel Aishwarya, Y.M. Energy, with containers and Leopard, with general cargo.
