Four held for robbing transgender persons

KOHAT: Police arrested four men for robbing transgender persons at gunpoint in Shakardarra area of Kohat district.

Police also recovered looted money and arms from the accused identified as Aqib, Afnan, Mohib and Hasnain. They said that a group of transgender persons was returning from a musical show when armed men robbed Rs350,000 from them at gunpoint.

Officials of Shakardarra police station conducted raids at several places and apprehended the accused. Police registered a case against the accused and started further investigation.
