HYDERABAD, June 30: The Hyderabad building control department has advised residents of the Pucca Qila, especially those living near the boundary wall, to vacate their houses and shops and shift to some safe places.

A spokesman for the department said here on Thursday that the houses and shops in the Qila might collapse in monsoon rains.

He said notices in this regard had been issued, added that all the people living near the boundary wall should leave their shops and houses before the start of rainy season.

MQM: The zonal in charge of the MQM, Hyderabad chapter, Siraj Rajput, has said that the Muttahida was struggling for the collective rights of the downtrodden masses and not for personal gains.
