Girl dies in Dera roof collapse

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A minor girl died after the roof of a house collapsed in the Drazinda tehsil during strong winds and rain on Wednesday, Rescue 1122 officials said.

They said the incident occurred after strong winds and rainfall struck the area, causing the roof of a house to cave in.

Soon after receiving information, Rescue 1122 teams rushed to the site and launched rescue operations.

Officials said the rescuers pulled the body of a young girl from under the debris.

The body was shifted to the hospital.
