Egypt’s FM Dr Badr Abdelatty has received a phone call from his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan, to discuss the latest developments in the region.
“During the call, the two ministers exchanged views and assessments on the latest developments in the negotiations between the United States and Iran,” Egypt’s foreign ministry said.
“The two ministers stressed the importance of concerted regional efforts to push for a swift resumption of negotiations between the United States and Iran, in order to reduce escalation and end the war.”
