Students in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will return to in-person learning on Monday, April 20, according to the Emirati newspaper Khaleej Times.
This marks a shift from remote learning introduced amid the Middle East war and Iranian strikes on the UAE.
“The resumption of in-person learning for all enrolled children, students, educational staff, and administrative staff in public and private nurseries, kindergartens, and schools, effective Monday, 20 April 2026,” the UAE Ministry of Education has announced, according to the report.
