Twelve state security personnel have now been confirmed killed in Lebanon’s Nabatiyeh, where an earlier Israeli attack targeted a state security office, Al Jazeera reports citing Lebanese President Joseph Aoun.
In comments shared by Lebanon’s National News Agency, Aoun said the “targeting of state institutions and security apparatuses will not deter Lebanon from upholding its right to protect its land and preserve its sovereignty”.
