The Israeli army has said its air defences are working to down missiles fired from Iran, which medics report have wounded one person, according to AFP.
“Defensive systems are operating to intercept the threat,” the military said on Telegram.
Israel’s Magen David Adom emergency services said a 45-year-old man was treated for minor injuries from glass shrapnel in the central city of Bnei Brak and taken to hospital.
