Father of seven commits suicide

ISLAMABAD, June 25: A father of seven committed suicide on Sunday, police said.

Ahmed Ali, 60, a retired armyman, committed suicide by hanging himself in his house at Soan village. Police said Ali, a security guard in sector F-8, had been facing financial problems for a very long time.

On Sunday, he went to the roof of his house and made a frame with some water pipes and later hanged himself with a piece of rope.
