Narrow win for Islamabad

ISLAMABAD, June 19: Islamabad posted a four-wicket victory against Gujrat on Monday in the PCB Inter-district under-19 cricket championship at the Diamond Ground. After dismissing Gujrat for 186, Islamabad achieved the target scoring 190 for six in 45.1 overs with Nauman Masood striking 49 and Faizan Riaz (42) and Usman Mahmood (41) also making useful contributions.

For Gujrat, who resumed at the overnight score of 155-8, Umar Siddiq top-scored with 37.
