GWADAR / DERA MURAD JAMALI: Some unidentified armed men shot dead a man, who belonged to Faisalabad, in the Pishikan area of Gwadar while the body of another man was found in Dera Murad Jamali area on Sunday.

According to police, Akmal Naseer was living in Pishikan area of Gwadar for a long time and was selling barbecue food items on a pushcart in the coastal town when the armed men opened fire, killing him on the spot.

Police rushed to the area and shifted Naseer’s body to the district hospital.

Body found

Meanwhile, Dera Murad Jamali police recovered the body of an unidentified man from the Pat Feeder Canal area and shifted it to a hospital for identification.

According to police, the body was found within the jurisdiction of Mir Hassan police station in Goth Bilawal Katohar area.

The body was later shifted to the teaching hospital in Dera Murad Jamali for identification and medico-legal formalities.
