KASUR, June 13: Scores of people, including traders, of Niaznagar and Railway Road staged a demonstration against Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) here on Tuesday.

The demonstrators alleged the consumers were forced to bribe officials to get their genuine works done.

They complained that area SDO, a line superintendent and their agents were out to

fleece consumers on different grounds.

They urged Lesco top officials to look into the matter.
