PESHAWAR, June 8: Awami National Party president Asfandyar Wali Khan has alleged that security forces have waged an undeclared war against people in Waziristan.

Speaking at a ceremony held here on Thursday to end a 24-year-old enmity between two tribes, Mr Khan said innocent people were being killed in the Waziristan operation to please foreign powers.

He called for a joint struggle against the government to end what he called brutalities being committed against people by the rulers and the establishment.
