Chinese among 2 electrocuted

QUETTA, June 3: A Chinese engineer and a Pakistani helper were electrocuted and two others suffered injuries in Dhodar area of the Lasbela district on Saturday.

“The injured are a Chinese and a Pakistani worker,” Syed Pervez Zahoor, DIG Kalat Range, told Dawn on phone.

Over 100 Chinese engineers and workers were working at a mineral exploration project.

While working on a machine, four of them received electric shock which killed two on the spot and injured two others. The injured were taken to Karachi.
