Policemen booked

KOHAT, June 2: Two police officers were booked on Friday for torturing an under-custody accused in the Kohat Bureau of Investigation. The action was taken under the Police Order 2002 by SP Investigation Faiz Mohammad on the complaint of Said Malik of Naway Kalay. The complainant had accused ASI’s Mohammad Raees and Muftaud Din of torturing and abusing him during interrogation.

The SP conducted an inquiry and ordered registration of case against them. Till filing of this report the accused were not arrested.
