KARACHI, May 31: The Pakistan Cricket Board under its talent hunt programme picked 11 Karachi women players to undergo training and coaching programme starting at National Stadium net area from June 5, a PCB spokesman said on Wednesday.

Agha Zahid, who conducted the trials under the talent hunt programme selected these players from 25 participants.

Former international Zahid Ahmed has been appointed as the camp commandant.

Those selected for the training camp included Ramsha Shahid, Fahmida Bano, Amina Hussain, Urooj Fatima, Misbah Butt, Kanwal Naz, Sana Taj, Anosha Shahid, Iram Kazmi, Mariam Anwar Butt and Nain Abidi. —APP
